Cancellation/Return Policy: The nature of a customized embroidered garment warrants that these items cannot be re-used, resold or returned to the manufacturer, therefore, returns are not accepted by StitchBiz.com  Once an order is placed, if for any reason that you decide to cancel your order after a deposit has been processed, and the order has not been started, your deposit less a 20% restocking fee will be refunded within 30 days of written notice of order cancellation.  StitchBiz.com normally underwrites many of the costs associated with setup fees for custom logos.  Any setups which have been completed will also incure a charge if the order is cancelled.  The designs will be forwarded to you for your future use with our company or any other embroidery company that you may use.  Order cancellation notice may be sent in the form of a fax or email.  If you have any questions prior to placing an order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
